'Cruising the waves'. Created using plastic and rubbish found on the beach. A lovely gift of anyone who sails. It comes in a white or black box frame and can be free standing or wall hung. This picture would suit a bathroom, study, child's bedroom, or maybe you have a house by the sea where it could hang almost anywhere! The picture can be personalised with your own special message - please contact me to discuss. I donate the profit from my beach rubbish art to two charities, The Final Straw Solent in Emsworth and Blue Seas Protection in Sandown Isle of Wight.
All my beach rubbish goes through an extensive cleaning process. Please see my blog. https://sallypotterdesigns.co.uk/blogs/plastic-fish/cleaning-marine-debris-rubbish
Approximately every 4 minutes a sea bird dies from eating plastic. Adult birds feed plastic to their young thinking it is food. Many young and adult birds are so full of plastic they are too heavy to fly.
**Please note that all my pictures differ slightly due to the materials used. I will always message you to show you what your picture looks like before it is posted. The picture you see is an example only.
Use only a very soft damp cloth when cleaning acrylic surfaces. Care should be taken to avoid scratches. It is possible to scratch acrylic, so NEVER use any scouring compounds or chemical cleaners even if they are environmentally friendly, organic or non-scented. Acrylic is stable when exposed to sunlight so will not crack or yellow when used in normal environments.
